PRE-ORDER ITEMS – IMPORTANT
How Pre-Orders Work:
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items:
- Option 1: All items will ship together once pre-order items are available (you’ll wait longer but pay shipping once)
- Option 2: Items will be sent in separate shipments:
- In-stock items ship immediately
- Pre-order items ship on their specified date
- Additional shipping fees may apply for second shipment
We recommend: Place two separate orders if you want in-stock items immediately – one for ready-to-ship items and one for pre-orders.Pre-order dates are listed in the product description. Processing begins on that date (not shipment date).

How Pickup Works:
- Select “Store Pickup” at checkout (no shipping fee)
- You’ll receive an email when your order is ready (usually 2-3 business days)
- Bring your order confirmation email and valid ID
- Collect your order during store hours
Important:
- Orders not collected within 7 days of ready notification will be returned to stock
- Someone else can collect on your behalf with your ID copy and order confirmation
- Pickup orders still require 2-3 business days processing
DISPATCH NOTIFICATION
You’ll receive an email and/or SMS when your order is dispatched, including:
- Tracking information (when available)
- Estimated delivery date
- Courier contact details
If you haven’t received dispatch notification:
- Within 4 business days for standard orders
- Within 6 business days during sales periods
- By the specified date for pre-orders

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Domestic Nigeria Orders:
Most orders include tracking. You can:
- Check tracking link in your dispatch email
- Contact our courier partner directly (details in dispatch email)
- WhatsApp us for status updates
International Orders:
All international shipments include tracking numbers. Updates may be delayed during customs clearance.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Order Not Delivered?
Before contacting us, please:
- Check with neighbors, security, or household members
- Verify the delivery address you provided
- Allow 2-3 extra business days beyond estimated delivery (couriers may experience delays)
For Nigeria orders: Allow up to 5 extra days during:
- Rainy season
- Festive periods
- Fuel scarcity
- Public holidays
For international orders: Allow up to 7 extra days for customs clearance delays
If still not received after grace period:
Contact us at sales@tayaror.com with:
- Order number
- Shipping address
- Any tracking updates you’ve received
Lost or Missing Packages
Once dispatched, delivery is the courier’s responsibility.
What we’ll do:
- Trace your package with our courier partner
- Investigate with tracking information
- If package cannot be traced or is confirmed lost: We will resend your items at no extra cost
What we need from you:
- Report non-delivery within 14 days of estimated delivery date
- Confirm your shipping address was correct
- Cooperate with courier investigation if needed
Important: We cannot issue refunds for lost packages, but we will replace the items.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If courier cannot deliver because:
- You weren’t available
- Phone number incorrect/unreachable
- Address incomplete or incorrect
- Security/access restrictions
What happens:
- Courier will attempt re-delivery (usually once)
- You may be contacted to arrange pickup at courier depot
- If uncollected after 7 days, package returns to us
- Reshipping fees will apply for re-delivery
To avoid failed deliveries:
- Provide accurate phone number and address
- Include landmarks and clear directions
- Specify if you’re in a gated estate, barracks, or restricted area
- Arrange for someone to receive if you won’t be available
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY if outer packaging is severely damaged or opened.
If you already accepted delivery:
- Take photos immediately (packaging and damaged items)
- Do not use or remove tags from items
- Contact us within 24 hours at delivery@tayaror.com
Include:
- Order number
- Photos of damage
- Description of issue
We’ll arrange collection and replacement or refund.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Incomplete address (missing street number, landmark, etc.)
- Wrong phone number
- Undeliverable locations
Address correction after dispatch:
- May not be possible once courier has package
- May incur additional fees
- Contact us immediately if you notice an error

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (International Orders)
For Ghana, UK, and US deliveries:
Important: Tay Aror ships DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) to all international destinations.
What this means:
- You (the customer) are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country
- These fees are NOT included in your order total or shipping cost
- Fees vary by country and are set by your government, not Tay Aror
- You must pay these fees to receive your package
Customs fees are non-refundable:
- If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, you will not receive a shipping refund
- We recommend checking your country’s import duty rates before ordering
Customs clearance can delay delivery by 3-7 days.

- PO Boxes (some couriers only)
